Carol Anthony

Carol Anthony has served as priest for more than twenty-seven years mostly in Philadelphia PA. A graduate of General Theological Seminary, she was ordained in 1996 following a career in social work, mental health, and addiction recovery. Her experience includes large and small parish ministry, Episcopal Community Services, serving on the bishop’s staff in the Diocese of Pennsylvania, and working with local nonprofits in Philadelphia, Mississippi, and North Carolina. Acknowledging God in all persons keeps her engaged in the life of the church, especially through community engagement, pastoral care, and spiritual connectedness. Most recently Reverend Anthony served as interim associate rector at Christ Church Philadelphia and vicar at Church of the Advocate.
