Stewardship and Pledging

 Give Online

In Matthew’s gospel, Jesus speaks the words, “For what will it profit them if they gain the whole world and forfeit their life? Or what will they give in return for their life?”

At Philadelphia Episcopal Cathedral, we have been blessed by the gift of a shared life in God. As we gather to offer thanks and praise to God, we find that we are nourished and strengthened by the Holy Scriptures and by the sacrament of the Eucharist. We experience God’s presence in the midst of our community. We see Christ in the faces of those whom we have come to know and to love, and in our private and corporate prayers. We leave renewed, full of hope in the promises that God has made to us in Jesus and full of the power of the Holy Spirit to live our faith in the wider world.

In thanksgiving and in response to God’s graceful gifts to us in this place, each member of the Cathedral community is called to give of themselves. Please consider financial stewardship in the form of pledging as a part of your own thanksgiving and response. A pledge is a commitment to give a specified amount of money in the coming year so that the Cathedral may plan to meet its expenses. More than that, it is a commitment to yourself, your faith community, and to God to be an intentional giver.

2025 Pledges can be made by entering them in our online form linked below.  Pledge cards can be printed out and returned to the Cathedral offices. You can also give online through the regular link.
