
Ms. Luisa Rabe
Luisa Rabe is an active member of the Cathedral community and the diocese where she served on the Education Committee and the Deaconess Fund. She chaired the 1999 celebration of the 25th anniversary of the first eleven women ordained to the priesthood and is eager to mark its 50th anniversary in 2024! Previously Luisa was a member of the Church of the Redeemer - Bryn Mawr where she served on Vestry and Altar Guild and taught Sunday school.
Her educational consulting practice, Pruett Rabe Associates, assists students with their college searches and supports those seeking graduate degrees. She is a member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association and has served on its executive committee and led its philanthropic arm, The IECA Foundation. Her commitments to the community were honored by IECA with its Katz Award for Volunteerism, its Making a Difference Award, and most recently with the 2022 Antonoff Professional Achievement Award. Luisa is committed to enabling those with disabilities – and those who care for them – achieve their goals. She chaired Philadelphia’s Inglis House, Inglis Housing Corporation and Inglis Foundation.
Luisa is an alumna of Smith College and Wharton Graduate. She and her husband Eric enjoy spending time with their children and their families, traveling, and playing golf.
